Before opening Oran Mor in 2006, Chef Chris Freeman served as the Executive Chef at Topper’s at the Wauwinet for nine seasons. Prior to holding that position, he was the executive chef at the Mayflower Inn in Washington, CT, both Relais & Chateaux properties. Additionally, he was the sous-chef at the Lodge at Koele on the island of Lanai, Hawaii.
Chef Freeman graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. He has been featured at the James Beard House and has received critical acclaim from Zagats, Coastal Living, National Geographic Traveler, Yankee Magazine, Cape Cod View, and Cape Cod Life. |
