Oran Mor is located up the copper stairs at 2 South Beach Street.
Chef Chris Freeman and his wife, Heather are the owners of Oran Mor. Join us upstairs at Oran Mor and celebrate the Island's finest seasonal delicacies, handcrafted cocktails, and select wines in an historic Nantucket home.
Oran Mor, meaning "The Great Song" in Gaelic, originated from a premium scotch malt whiskey. The ancient recipe includes the best blossom and Scottish highland's honey fragranced with the essence of nature's finest herbs. Similar to Chef Freeman's cooking style, one of inspired simplicity, each ingredient complements one another to create a unique, savory dish.
The evolving and innovative menu is derived form the changing seasons and their bountiful offerings, showcasing native seafood, fresh local produce, and naturally raised meats from select farms.
